Job summary

Tremco Construction Products Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support plant maintenance activities at the North Kingstown facility. You will inspect, repair, and document maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems to minimize downtime and support production targets.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing, familiarity with 480V electrical systems, PLC troubleshooting, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Qualifications

• 1-year certificate from college or technical program.
• High school diploma/GED accepted with additional experience.
• 2+ years maintenance experience in manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform standard maintenance safely following rules and procedures.
• Inspect and repair plant equipment (mechanical, electrical, instrumentation).
• Document maintenance activities and keep records up to date.
• Support uptime by proactive preventative maintenance and quick downtime responses.
• Coordinate maintenance supply purchases as needed.
• Crosstrain on other production functions as business needs arise.
