Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Strong knowledge of PLC troubleshooting, electronics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and technical diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Advanced Equipment Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues on manufacturing equipment.
• Preventative & Predictive Maintenance: Perform PMs on welders, conveyors, and automated systems.
• Safety & Compliance: Follow OSHA regulations and ensure safe maintenance practices.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with production supervisors, engineers, and leadership to resolve equipment challenges.
