Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair production machinery and facility systems.
• Read maintenance manuals and blueprints.
• Troubleshoot electrical circuits and electronic components.
• Work with cross-functional teams to minimize downtime.
• Support Lean Manufacturing initiatives including: 5S, Visual Management, Root Cause Analysis, Waste Reduction.
• Perform preventive maintenance according to schedule.
• Maintain organized work area and inventory.
• Adapt to new equipment and upgrades.
