Job summary

Primary duties include diagnosing malfunctions, repairing lines, and supporting changeovers while adhering to GMP and safety standards. Weekend/holiday work may be required; strong teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have own hand tools.
• Experience with mechanical systems (gears, motors, bearings).
• Experience with troubleshooting mechanical breakdowns and applying repairs.
• Experience reading mechanical drawings (hydraulics, pneumatics).
• Experience with pneumatics, hydraulics, and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment.
• Repair and install production equipment as needed.
• Diagnose equipment malfunctions and make repairs or adjustments.
• Upgrade production lines with new equipment/technology.
• Work with outside contractors on assigned line.
• Change line for package changeovers.
• Comply with GMP, safety, and audit standards.
• Document work schedule and tasks completed.
