Job summary

The role requires reading mechanical drawings, using hand tools, and working near heat, noise, and chemicals, with potential weekend/holiday shifts and strict adherence to GMP and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with mechanical systems (gear boxes, motors, seals, bearings).
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and apply knowledge to repairs.
• Experience troubleshooting mechanical breakdowns and identifying root causes.
• Experience with reading product manuals and applying knowledge to fixes.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment.
• Repair all production equipment as needed.
• Diagnose equipment malfunctions and implement repairs or adjustments.
• Upgrade production lines with new equipment/technology.
• Work with outside contractors on the assigned line.
• Comply with GMP, safety, and audit standards.
