Job summary

Sensical Inc. in the Cleveland area is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to keep our production lines running at peak performance. You will perform preventive maintenance and repair industrial equipment to minimize downtime.

The role requires strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, welding and fabrication, and the ability to read blueprints and schematics. You’ll work on hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems and support upgrades.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Welding and basic fabrication knowledge.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Experience repairing hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Deadline and detail oriented.
• Drug screening and background check required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance to keep equipment running efficiently.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
• Diagnose issues and replace or repair defective components.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and equipment records.
• Support installation of new equipment and upgrades.
• Coordinate with outside contractors when needed.

Work Schedule:

1st Shift 6:00am to 4:30pm, Monday through Thursday, with occasional overtime on Fridays.

What You’ll Do:
