Sensical Inc. in Solon, OH is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to support production by maintaining and repairing industrial equipment, keeping operations running at peak performance.

The role demands preventive maintenance, troubleshooting of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems, and reading blueprints and schematics. You will maintain maintenance logs, assist with new equipment installations, coordinate with outside contractors, and perform other duties as

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Welding and basic fabrication knowledge.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Experience repairing hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Deadline and detail oriented.
• Drug screening and background check required.

Responsibilities

We’re looking for a reliable and experienced technician to support our production by maintaining and repairing industrial equipment.

Work Schedule: 1st shift 6:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Thursday, with occasional overtime on Fridays.
