Job summary

PROMAN Staffing USA in Twin Falls, Idaho is hiring Maintenance Technicians to keep production equipment running safely and efficiently. This direct-hire role offers up to $33.65/hour with a $5,000 First-Year Success Incentive and multiple shifts including day and night.

You'll troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, with hands-on tasks and documentation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and repair abilities in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to read blueprints, diagrams, and technical manuals.
• Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair production equipment and facility systems.
• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance to maximize uptime.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and perform emergency repairs when needed.
• Replace components, test equipment, and make necessary adjustments.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals, schematics, and work orders.
• Perform machine installations, modifications, and equipment upgrades.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, electrical meters, and material handling equipment.
• Identify equipment reliability issues and recommend improvements.
• Assist operators and production personnel with equipment-related concerns.
• Maintain accurate maintenance and repair documentation.
• Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures.

What You'll Be Doing
