Compensation: $37.00 to $40.00+/ hour starting base pay (plus tiered overtime up to 2.0x base rate, 401(k) match, health benefits after 90 days, and performance bonuses)

As a Night Shift Maintenance Technician, you will serve as the primary technical expert on duty, ensuring operational uptime and equipment reliability across critical manufacturing operations. Rapidly diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic breakdowns under live production conditions.
Execute preventative maintenance programs on heavy industrial processing equipment and plant utility systems.
Troubleshoot electrical circuits, variable frequency drives, and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) to maintain automated operations.
Perform routine facility upkeep, structural repairs, and industrial piping maintenance.
Maintain precise documentation of maintenance logs, equipment histories, work orders, and spare parts inventory.
Enforce strict adherence to Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) protocols, PPE requirements, and plant safety regulations.
Partner with shift supervisors and operations teams to prioritize emergency repairs and minimize line downtime.
Proven multi-craft maintenance experience spanning mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems in a heavy industrial setting.
Hands‑on background in troubleshooting industrial electrical systems, drives, and PLCs.
Experience servicing heavy manufacturing, metal processing, or heavy production equipment.
Strong diagnostic skills to troubleshoot complex equipment failures quickly and safely under production pressure.
Physical capacity to perform heavy manual labor, lift heavy componentry, and work safely at heights or in tight spaces.
Commitment to a regular 50–60 hour weekly night shift schedule (3:00 PM – 1:00 AM) including weekend availability.
Excellent reliability record, clear communication skills, and strong attention to detail.
