Job summary

Pavestone Company in Fountain, CO is seeking a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician to join our plant. You’ll maintain automated machinery, inspect and repair equipment, troubleshoot PLCs, and support preventative maintenance across the facility.

The ideal candidate has at least two years in industrial maintenance, can read schematics, and has CMMS experience. A drug test and physical may be required as part of the process.

Qualifications

• At least two years of manufacturing maintenance experience in an industrial setting.
• Ability to read schematics and electrical diagrams, and use a voltage meter.
• Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical systems and PLCs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain automated machinery and perform preventative maintenance.
• Inspect, repair, and service all manufacturing equipment, including conveyors.
• Read schematics/blueprints and use voltage meters (24V, 110V, 480V).
• Light welding and fabrication of machine parts (Stick or MIG).
• Troubleshoot PLCs (Allen Bradley or Siemens).
• Assist with building, grounds, and facility maintenance.

About The Role

As a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician with Pavestone you are responsible for:

• The Maintenance of Automated Machinery
• Inspecting, Repairing, and Performing Maintenance on All Manufacturing Machinery (This looks like hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, control, and conveyor belt systems.)
• Reading Schematics, Blueprints, and a Voltage Meter (You need to have a solid understanding of 24v, AC/DC, 110V, Transformers, Conductors, Relays, Single and Three-Phase Motors, and 480V for this to be the right fit for you.)
• Light Welding and Fabrication of Machine Parts (We use Stick or MIG, depending on the machine set-up.)
• Troubleshooting Programmable Logic Controllers (We use Allen Bradley or Siemen's products.)
• Assisting with Building, Grounds, and Preventative Maintenance throughout the Facility.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

• At Least Two Years as a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician
• At Least Two Years of Maintenance Experience in an Industrial setting
• Work in a Dusty, Climate-Controlled, Industrial Environment
• (We also would be looking for someone with working experience using a CMMS Software System.)
