Job summary

Pavestone Company is seeking a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician to maintain automated machinery and support the manufacturing floor in Middleborough, MA. You will inspect, repair, and service hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and conveyor systems while reading schematics and diagnosing using a voltage meter.

The role requires experience with PLCs (Allen-Bradley or Siemens), light welding, and CMMS software in a dusty, climate-controlled industrial environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years in a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician role.
• Experience maintaining automated manufacturing equipment including hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical, and conveyors.
• Ability to read schematics and blueprints and interpret voltages (24V, AC/DC, 110V, 480V).
• Familiarity with CMMS software; drug test and physical may be required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain automated machinery and perform routine preventive maintenance.
• Inspect, repair, and service manufacturing equipment (hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, control, conveyor).
• Read schematics/blueprints and use voltage meters for diagnostics.
• Light welding/fabrication as needed for machine parts.
• Troubleshoot PLCs (Allen-Bradley or Siemens).
• Assist with building, grounds, and overall facility maintenance.

About The Role

As a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician with Pavestone you are responsible for:

• The Maintenance of Automated Machinery


• Inspecting, Repairing, and Performing Maintenance on All Manufacturing Machinery (This looks like hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, control, and conveyor belt systems.)


• Reading Schematics, Blueprints, and a Voltage Meter (You need to have a solid understanding of 24v, AC/DC, 110V, Transformers, Conductors, Relays, Single and Three-Phase Motors, and 480V for this to be the right fit for you.)


• Light Welding and Fabrication of Machine Parts (We use Stick or MIG, depending on the machine set-up.)


• Troubleshooting Programmable Logic Controllers (We use Allen Bradley or Siemen's products.)


• Assisting with Building, Grounds, and Preventative Maintenance throughout the Facility.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

• At Least Two Years as a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician


• At Least Two Years of Maintenance Experience in an Industrial setting


• Work in a Dusty, Climate-Controlled, Industrial Environment


• (We also would be looking for someone with working experience using a CMMS Software System.)
