Job summary

Pavestone is seeking a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician to join our team in Middleborough, MA. You will maintain automated machinery, troubleshoot equipment, and support preventive maintenance across the facility.

The role requires reading schematics and blueprints, performing welding (Stick or MIG), and working with CMMS software. You will handle hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and conveyor systems in a dusty, climate-controlled environment.

Qualifications

• At least two years as a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician.
• Maintenance experience in an industrial setting.
• Ability to read schematics/blueprints and use a voltage meter.
• Experience with CMMS software.

Responsibilities

• Maintain automated manufacturing machinery and systems.
• Inspect, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on equipment including hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and conveyors.
• Read schematics/blueprints; work with 24V, AC/DC, 110V, transformers, relays, motors.
• Weld/fabricate machine parts using Stick or MIG welding as needed.
• Support facility maintenance, building and grounds activities.

About the Role:

As a ManufacturingMaintenance Technician with Pavestoneyou are responsible for:

• The Maintenance of Automated Machinery
• Inspecting, Repairing, and Performing Maintenance on All Manufacturing Machinery (This looks like hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, control, and conveyor belt systems.)
• Reading Schematics, Blueprints, and a Voltage Meter (You need to have a solid understanding of 24v, AC/DC, 110V, Transformers, Conductors, Relays, Single and Three-Phase Motors, and 480V for this to be the right fit for you.)
• Light Welding and Fabrication of Machine Parts (We use Stick or MIG, depending on the machine set-up.)Troubleshooting Programmable Logic Controllers (We use Allen Bradley or Siemen's products.)
• Assisting with Building, Grounds, and Preventative Maintenance throughout the Facility.

About You:

The ideal candidate will have:

• At Least Two Years as a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician
• At Least Two Years of Maintenance Experience in an Industrial setting
• Work in a Dusty, Climate-Controlled, Industrial Environment
• (We also would be looking for someone with working experience using a CMMS Software System.)
