Job summary

Pavestone is seeking a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician to maintain automated machinery and perform preventive maintenance across the facility. The role requires reading schematics, troubleshooting PLCs, and performing light welding as needed.

Candidates should have at least two years of industrial maintenance experience and be comfortable in a dust‑controlled environment. CMMS experience is preferred and drug testing may be required.

• Ability to operate in a dusty, climate-controlled environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain automated machinery and preventive maintenance.
• Inspect, repair, and service manufacturing equipment (hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, conveyors).
• Read schematics/blueprints and use voltage meters.
• Perform light welding and fabrication as needed.
• Troubleshoot PLCs (Allen Bradley or Siemens).
• Assist with building, grounds, and facility maintenance.

About The Role

As a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician with (Pavestone) you are responsible for:

• The Maintenance of Automated Machinery
• Inspecting, Repairing, and Performing Maintenance on All Manufacturing Machinery (This looks like hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, control, and conveyor belt systems.)
• Reading Schematics, Blueprints, and a Voltage Meter (You need to have a solid understanding of 24v, AC/DC, 110V, Transformers, Conductors, Relays, Single and Three-Phase Motors, and 480V for this to be the right fit for you.)
• Light Welding and Fabrication of Machine Parts (We use Stick or MIG, depending on the machine set-up.)
• Troubleshooting Programmable Logic Controllers (We use Allen Bradley or Siemen's products.)
• Assisting with Building, Grounds, and Preventative Maintenance throughout the Facility.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

• At Least Two Years as a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician
• At Least Two Years of Maintenance Experience in an Industrial setting
• Work in a Dusty, Climate-Controlled, Industrial Environment
• (We also would be looking for someone with working experience using a CMMS Software System.)
