Job summary

Hirebridge seeks a ManufacturingMaintenance Technician to join our production team in Colorado. The role focuses on maintaining automated machinery, troubleshooting controls, and supporting facility maintenance to ensure smooth operation.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in manufacturing maintenance, hands-on experience with hydraulic/pneumatic systems, welding, and CMMS software, plus familiarity with PLCs from Allen-Bradley or Siemens.

Qualifications

• Two+ years as a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician in an industrial setting.
• Experience maintaining automated manufacturing equipment and conveyors.
• Background reading schematics, blueprints and electrical diagrams.
• Experience with welding (stick/MIG) and light fabrication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain automated machinery and equipment across the production line.
• Inspect, repair and perform preventative maintenance on hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical and conveyor systems.
• Read schematics and diagnose 24V, AC/DC, 110V, transformers and motor circuits.
• Troubleshoot PLCs and associated control systems (Allen-Bradley/Siemens).
• Assist with building, grounds and general facility maintenance.

About the Role:

As a ManufacturingMaintenance Technician with Pavestone you are responsible for:

• The Maintenance of Automated Machinery
• Inspecting, Repairing, and Performing Maintenance on All Manufacturing Machinery (This looks like hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, control, and conveyor belt systems.)
• Reading Schematics, Blueprints, and a Voltage Meter (You need to have a solid understanding of 24v, AC/DC, 110V, Transformers, Conductors, Relays, Single and Three-Phase Motors, and 480V for this to be the right fit for you.)
• Light Welding and Fabrication of Machine Parts (We use Stick or MIG, depending on the machine set-up.)
• Troubleshooting Programmable Logic Controllers (We use Allen Bradley or Siemen's products.)
• Assisting with Building, Grounds, and Preventative Maintenance throughout the Facility.

About You:

The ideal candidate will have:

• At Least Two Years as a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician
• At Least Two Years of Maintenance Experience in an Industrial setting
• Work in a Dusty, Climate-Controlled, Industrial Environment
• (We also would be looking for someone with working experience using a CMMS Software System.)
