Job summary

Pavestone in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician to maintain automated machinery and keep production running safely and efficiently.

You will inspect, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and conveyor systems, read schematics, and operate voltage meters. The ideal candidate has at least two years in industrial maintenance, experience with CMMS software, and the ability to troubleshoot PLCs; drug test may be required.

Qualifications

• At least two years as a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician.
• At least two years of maintenance experience in an industrial setting.
• Able to work in a dusty, climate-controlled environment.
• Experience using CMMS software.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance of automated machinery.
• Inspect, repair and perform preventive maintenance on hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, control, and conveyor systems.
• Read schematics and blueprints, and use a voltage meter (24V, 110V, AC/DC, transformers, relays).
• Light welding and fabrication of machine parts (Stick or MIG).
• Troubleshoot PLCs using Allen Bradley or Siemens products.
• Assist with building, grounds and preventative maintenance across the facility.

About the Role

As a ManufacturingMaintenance Technician with Pavestone you are responsible for:

• The Maintenance of Automated Machinery
• Inspecting, Repairing, and Performing Maintenance on All Manufacturing Machinery (This looks like hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, control, and conveyor belt systems.)
• Reading Schematics, Blueprints, and a Voltage Meter (You need to have a solid understanding of 24v, AC/DC, 110V, Transformers, Conductors, Relays, Single and Three-Phase Motors, and 480V for this to be the right fit for you.)
• Light Welding and Fabrication of Machine Parts (We use Stick or MIG, depending on the machine set-up.)
• Troubleshooting Programmable Logic Controllers (We use Allen Bradley or Siemen's products.)
• Assisting with Building, Grounds, and Preventative Maintenance throughout the Facility.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

• At Least Two Years as a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician
• At Least Two Years of Maintenance Experience in an Industrial setting
• Work in a Dusty, Climate-Controlled, Industrial Environment
