About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our manufacturing team in San Bernadino. In this position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our production equipment operates efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and prepare production equipment for manufacturing runs
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues with manufacturing equipment
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on all production machinery
• Work collaboratively with production staff and other departments to optimize operations
• Manage inventory of spare parts and components to prevent production downtime
• Strictly adhere to all safety protocols and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) regulations

Required Experience & Skills

• Previous work experience in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and maintain cosmetic production equipment, specifically fillers, labelers, cartoners, and changeover parts
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of safety procedures in a manufacturing setting
