Job summary

Pavestone Company is seeking a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician to join our facility team in Colorado. You will maintain automated machinery, diagnose and repair electrical, hydraulic, and control systems, and contribute to preventative maintenance programs.

The role requires at least two years of industrial maintenance experience, CMMS familiarity, and the ability to read schematics and blueprints. Candidates should be able to weld/fabricate, and support building and grounds tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain automated manufacturing machinery.
• Inspect, repair, and perform maintenance on industrial equipment.
• Read schematics, blueprints, and voltage diagrams to troubleshoot issues.
• Light welding and fabrication of machine parts.
• Troubleshoot PLCs (Allen-Bradley or Siemens).
• Assist with Building, Grounds and Preventative Maintenance in the facility.

About The Role

As a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician with Pavestone you are responsible for:

• The Maintenance of Automated Machinery
• Inspecting, Repairing, and Performing Maintenance on All Manufacturing Machinery (This looks like hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, control, and conveyor belt systems.)
• Reading Schematics, Blueprints, and a Voltage Meter (You need to have a solid understanding of 24v, AC/DC, 110V, Transformers, Conductors, Relays, Single and Three-Phase Motors, and 480V for this to be the right fit for you.)
• Light Welding and Fabrication of Machine Parts (We use Stick or MIG, depending on the machine set-up.)
• Troubleshooting Programmable Logic Controllers (We use Allen Bradley or Siemen's products.)
• Assisting with Building, Grounds, and Preventative Maintenance throughout the Facility.

About You

• At Least Two Years as a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician
• At Least Two Years of Maintenance Experience in an Industrial setting
• Work in a Dusty, Climate-Controlled, Industrial Environment
• (We also would be looking for someone with working experience using a CMMS Software System.)
