Job Description

My client is a beauty manufacturer looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join the team on a full-time permanent basis in Groveport, OH.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct skilled and semi-skilled maintenance tasks, including troubleshooting and repairing material handling equipment, performing basic electrical, plumbing, drywall, and painting work, as well as moving and setting up office furniture.
• Ensure the building, equipment, shop, and storage areas are kept clean, organized, and in good condition.
• Complete work orders accurately, detailing tasks performed and tracking parts and inventory used.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of all work order activities in alignment with CMMS requirements, ensuring accurate records of maintenance performed.

Requirements:

• Possession of a high school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED)
• Minimum of 3 years of facilities and/or maintenance experience such as forklifts, conveyors, controls, hydraulics, pneumatics, and building maintenance, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Electrical experience with high and low voltage, AC and DC.
• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical drawings.
• Proven track record of strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
