Kelly Services is recruiting an Entry-Level Maintenance Technician for a leading global technology and semiconductor manufacturer in Rio Rancho, NM. This is an entry-level role with no prior semiconductor experience required, and comprehensive on-the-job training starts from day one.

Compensation is $18.00–$19.00 per hour with full-time hours and full benefits. A compressed workweek offers 3–4 days off weekly, helping you launch a career in a high-tech environment with mentors and safety

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance, cleanings, and inspections on advanced automated production equipment.
• Use basic hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment to assist in troubleshooting mechanical issues.
• Follow detailed step-by-step documentation and checklists to keep machines running smoothly.
• Partner with experienced senior technicians to learn complex repairs and cleanroom maintenance procedures.
• Replace filters, handle routine fluids/chemicals, and track maintenance parts.
• Work in a state-of-the-art cleanroom environment wearing specialized protective gear.

Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:

$18.00 – $19.00 per hour

What's a typical day as an Entry-Level Maintenance Technician? You'll be:

SHIFT 4 - 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM (Sun, Mon, Tues, and every other Sat)

SHIFT 5 - 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM (Sun, Mon, Tues, and every other Weds)

SHIFT 6 - 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM (Weds, Thurs, Friday, and every other Sat)

SHIFT 7 - 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM (Thurs, Fri, Sat, and every other Weds)
