Job summary

Pavestone Company in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician to keep our automated production lines running safely and efficiently.

You will inspect, repair, and maintain hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and control systems; read schematics and blueprints; and perform light welding.

This role requires at least two years in an industrial maintenance role, the ability to work in a dusty, climate-controlled environment, and familiarity with CMMS software.

Qualifications

• At least two years as a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician.
• Experience maintaining industrial manufacturing equipment.
• Familiarity with CMMS software and safe work practices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain automated machinery.
• Inspect, repair, and perform maintenance on all manufacturing equipment including hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, control, and conveyor systems.
• Read schematics, blueprints, and electrical diagrams; understand 24V, AC/DC, 110V, transformers, relays, motors, and 480V.
• Perform light welding and fabrication of machine parts.
• Troubleshoot PLCs (Allen-Bradley or Siemens).
• Assist with building, grounds, and preventative maintenance throughout the facility.
