Job summary

Hirebridge is seeking a ManufacturingMaintenance Technician to join our team at Pavestone. You will maintain automated machinery, inspect and repair manufacturing equipment, and support predictive maintenance in a busy plant environment.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of manufacturing maintenance experience in an industrial setting, is comfortable with CMMS software, can read schematics, and has basic welding or fabrication skills. On-site role with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• At least two years of manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Experience in an industrial setting with automated machinery.
• Familiarity with CMMS software for work orders and maintenance histories.
• Ability to read schematics and electrical/mechanical blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Maintain automated machinery and inspect/repair manufacturing equipment.
• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical, and conveyor systems.
• Read schematics, blueprints, and voltage measurements to diagnose issues.
• Light welding and fabrication of machine parts (stick or MIG as needed).
• Troubleshoot programmable logic controllers (Allen-Bradley or Siemens).
• Assist with building, grounds, and general facility maintenance.
