Job summary

Pavestone Company in Lincoln, Nebraska is seeking a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician to join our team. You will be responsible for maintaining automated machinery and keeping production running smoothly.

The role requires hands-on work with hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and control systems, plus reading schematics and using a voltage meter. Experience with CMMS software and PLC troubleshooting is desired.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician
• Maintenance experience in an industrial setting
• Experience working in a dusty, climate-controlled environment
• Experience with CMMS software
• Offer may be contingent upon drug test and physical exam

Responsibilities

• Maintenance of automated machinery
• Inspecting, repairing, and performing maintenance on all manufacturing machinery (hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, control, and conveyor systems)
• Reading schematics, blueprints, and using a voltage meter (24v, AC/DC, 110V, transformers, conductors, relays, single and three-phase motors, 480V)
• Light welding and fabrication of machine parts (stick or MIG)
• Troubleshooting Programmable Logic Controllers (Allen Bradley or Siemens)
• Assisting with building, grounds, and preventative maintenance throughout the facility
