Job summary
Pavestone is seeking a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician to join our Charlotte, NC facility. You will maintain automated machinery, diagnose faults, and perform preventive maintenance to keep production running smoothly.
The role requires hands-on experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical systems, and basic welding. You will read schematics, troubleshoot PLCs (Allen-Bradley or Siemens), and work in a dusty, climate-controlled industrial environment.
Qualifications
- 2+ years as a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician
- 2+ years of maintenance experience in an industrial setting
- Experience reading schematics/blueprints and using a voltage meter
- CMMS software experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Maintain automated machinery and perform preventive maintenance
- Inspect, repair, and service manufacturing equipment including hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and conveyor systems
- Read schematics/blueprints and troubleshoot electrical controls; operate voltage meters
- Light welding and fabrication of machine parts
- Troubleshoot PLCs (Allen-Bradley or Siemens)
- Support building, grounds, and facility maintenance
