Pavestone is seeking a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician for our Massachusetts plant. You will maintain automated machinery, inspect, repair and perform preventative maintenance across hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical and conveyor systems.

The role requires 2+ years in manufacturing maintenance, experience in an industrial setting, familiarity with CMMS software, and ability to read schematics and voltage measurements. A drug test and physical may be required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as Manufacturing Maintenance Technician
• 2+ years maintenance in an industrial setting
• Experience reading schematics/blueprints and using a voltage meter
• Familiarity with CMMS software
• Light welding and fabrication of machine parts
• Troubleshooting PLCs (Allen-Bradley or Siemens)

Responsabilités

• Maintain automated machinery.
• Inspect, repair, and perform maintenance on manufacturing equipment (hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, control, conveyor).
• Read schematics, blueprints, and use a voltage meter (24V, AC/DC, 110V, transformers, relays, motors).
• Light welding and fabrication of machine parts (Stick or MIG).
• Troubleshoot PLCs (Allen-Bradley or Siemens).
• Assist with building, grounds, and preventative maintenance.

About the Role:

As a ManufacturingMaintenance Technician with Pavestone you are responsible for:

• The Maintenance of Automated Machinery
• Inspecting, Repairing, and Performing Maintenance on All Manufacturing Machinery (This looks like hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, control, and conveyor belt systems.)
• Reading Schematics, Blueprints, and a Voltage Meter (You need to have a solid understanding of 24v, AC/DC, 110V, Transformers, Conductors, Relays, Single and Three-Phase Motors, and 480V for this to be the right fit for you.)
• Light Welding and Fabrication of Machine Parts (We use Stick or MIG, depending on the machine set-up.)
• Troubleshooting Programmable Logic Controllers (We use Allen Bradley or Siemen's products.)
• Assisting with Building, Grounds, and Preventative Maintenance throughout the Facility.

About You:

The ideal candidate will have:

• At Least Two Years as a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician
• At Least Two Years of Maintenance Experience in an Industrial setting
• Work in a Dusty, Climate-Controlled, Industrial Environment
• (We also would be looking for someone with working experience using a CMMS Software System.)
