Job summary

Pavestone is seeking a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician for our Massachusetts plant. You will maintain automated machinery, inspect, repair and perform preventative maintenance across hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical and conveyor systems.

The role requires 2+ years in manufacturing maintenance, experience in an industrial setting, familiarity with CMMS software, and ability to read schematics and voltage measurements. A drug test and physical may be required.

Qualifications

2+ years as Manufacturing Maintenance Technician
2+ years maintenance in an industrial setting
Experience reading schematics/blueprints and using a voltage meter
Familiarity with CMMS software
Light welding and fabrication of machine parts
Troubleshooting PLCs (Allen-Bradley or Siemens)

Responsibilities

Maintain automated machinery.
Inspect, repair, and perform maintenance on manufacturing equipment (hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, control, conveyor).
Read schematics, blueprints, and use a voltage meter (24V, AC/DC, 110V, transformers, relays, motors).
Light welding and fabrication of machine parts (Stick or MIG).
Troubleshoot PLCs (Allen-Bradley or Siemens).
Assist with building, grounds, and preventative maintenance.
