We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Maintenance Supervisor at our Irving, TX facility.

Responsibilities
- Ensure all company production equipment operates efficiently and safely.
- Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production machines and plant facilities' equipment.
- Provide emergency and scheduled repairs during production.
- Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders for maintenance and service.
- Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, and perform inspections and adjustments.
- Perform regular preventive maintenance, including involvement with predictive maintenance programs and CMMS.
- Document maintenance activities and review periodically for completeness.
- Maintain an inventory of parts, tools, and supplies needed for operations.
- Follow purchasing procedures as per corporate policies.
- Manage SDS files for new chemicals and ensure proper handling and storage.
- Address environmental issues and recordkeeping responsibilities.
- Utilize various hand and power tools, meters, and material handling equipment.
- Collaborate with the Safety Administrator to implement safety programs and meet OSHA standards.
Requirements
- Knowledge of electrical components, meters, and testing equipment.
- Ability to work with voltages up to 480v and read schematics and process flow charts.
- Technical training in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance is a plus.
- Ability to detect and troubleshoot sounds indicating equipment issues.
- PLC/HMI control knowledge is a plus.
Required Education: High school diploma or GED, plus completion of a craft apprenticeship or equivalent experience.
Physical Requirements: Ability to sit or stand as needed, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in manufacturing environments with PPE such as safety glasses, shoes, and hearing protection. Exposure to varying environmental conditions may occur.
