Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years proven experience as a maintenance planner or scheduler in manufacturing.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive maintenance schedule for production equipment using the CMMS.
• Prioritize tasks based on urgency and production needs, balancing workloads.
• Create detailed work orders with scope, materials, and estimated times.
• Monitor spare parts inventory and coordinate with procurement to avoid downtime.
• Prepare weekly maintenance planning meetings and KPI reports.
• Ensure safety compliance during maintenance activities.
