Your Role:

As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facility. Your responsibilities include:

• Machine Setup & Repair: Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production machinery
• Preventative Maintenance: Perform routine servicing to minimize downtime
• Technical Repairs: Diagnose and fix electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Production Support: Assist with line setup, changeovers, and startups
• Safety & Compliance: Follow safety regulations and good manufacturing practices
• Parts & Materials Management: Order and manage necessary repair parts

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong mechanical knowledge, including hand and power tools
• Experience with plumbing, electrical systems, motors, and pumps in manufacturing
• Ability to work well with other departments and team members

Physical & Work Environment:

• Standing, climbing, kneeling, and walking for extended periods
• Occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs
• Moderate noise environment (with occasional high noise levels)
• Working in temperatures between 35°F - 45°F
