• Experience with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949, and OSHA standards preferred.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting expertise.

• Lead day-to-day maintenance operations.
• Prioritize and delegate work assignments to the maintenance team.
• Manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability.
• Track equipment history, downtime, repair costs, and maintenance performance metrics.
• Develop and present detailed maintenance reports to leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, efficiency, and uptime.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and promote a strong culture of workplace safety.
• Oversee subordinate training, coaching, performance management, and workforce planning.
• Utilize and improve CMMS systems for work order management and maintenance planning.
• Assist with machinery specification, procurement, installation, and startup activities.
• Ensure equipment installations meet manufacturer specifications and running at optimal levels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve production and operational goals.
