• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day maintenance operations.

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, technical drawings and equipment manuals

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with extrusion equipment
• Experience developing and implementing new maintenance processes and systems
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949, and OSHA standards
• Experience with PPAP processes

Experience & Education

Required:

• Minimum 2 years of experience managing maintenance programs in a manufacturing environment

Preferred:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field
• Equivalent combination of education and related experience will be considered

Schedule: 1st Shift | 40 Hours per Week (Off-Shift Support as Needed)
