Job summary

Signode is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance activities across our operations. You will lead a team of technicians, implement preventive maintenance, and ensure equipment reliability to minimize downtime.

You will collaborate with operations, set KPI targets, manage the maintenance budget, and negotiate contracts with external vendors. MS Office proficiency is required, and an associate degree in engineering is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associates' degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5-10 years in maintenance management in industrial setting.
• 2+ years supervisory experience.
• MS Office Suite proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a maintenance team with guidance and feedback.
• Schedule and coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance.
• Develop preventive maintenance programs.
• Maintain maintenance schedules for equipment and facilities.
• Monitor performance and drive reliability improvements.
• Manage maintenance budget and vendor contracts.
• Maintain records and generate performance reports.
