Job summary

Signode Industrial Group in Florence, KY seeks a Maintenance Scheduler to plan, coordinate, and optimize preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to maximize equipment reliability. You will work with Maintenance, Operations, Engineering, Warehouse, Purchasing, and EHS teams to align resources with production priorities.

The role requires a high school diploma, 2+ years of transferrable experience, and familiarity with MS Office. Mon–Fri 8:00 AM–4:30 PM; competitive benefits included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; technical degree/certifications preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of transferrable experience.
• Familiarity with MS Office software.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and maintain preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance schedules.
• Review, prioritize, plan, and schedule maintenance work orders based on equipment criticality, production requirements, and safety priorities.
• Ensure labor, spare parts, tools, equipment, contractors, and documentation are available to execute maintenance activities.
• Monitor preventive maintenance schedules, track completion rates, and follow up on overdue work orders.
