Qualifications

• Associates' degree in Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or related field.
• 5-10 years in maintenance management in manufacturing.
• 2+ years supervisory experience.
• Experience leading improvement efforts in Maintenance Reliability, Predictive and Preventive Maintenance.
• MS Office proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and performance feedback.
• Schedule and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure timely response and preventive tasks.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to improve reliability and reduce downtime.
• Establish and maintain maintenance schedules for key equipment and facilities.
• Monitor equipment performance and implement improvements.
• Collaborate with operations to address recurring issues and root causes.
• Participate in setting the plants' KPI's.
• Manage the maintenance budget and negotiate contracts with vendors.
• Maintain accurate records and generate regular maintenance reports.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and long-term needs.
