Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 8–12 years in maintenance, manufacturing, or industrial operations.
• Experience leading maintenance teams in manufacturing.
• Engineering background or related experience preferred.
• Proven success implementing preventive maintenance and reliability programs.
• Experience managing maintenance projects and capital improvements.
• Strong leadership to motivate and develop teams.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and industrial safety practices.
• Experience with facility infrastructure inspections and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily activities of the maintenance department to ensure safe, efficient, and continuous facility operations.
• Manage maintenance technicians and support troubleshooting efforts to minimize production disruptions and prevent equipment failures.
• Review daily productivity reports and conduct inspections to identify mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and facility-related issues.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs and equipment improvement initiatives utilizing Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Procure replacement parts, tools, and equipment necessary to support manufacturing operations.
• Oversee the design, fabrication, installation, and startup of in-house equipment and machinery improvements.
• Establish and execute maintenance strategies aligned with operational goals and company objectives.
• Ensure compliance with all safety requirements, including proper use of PPE, machine guarding, and safe work practices.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop maintenance personnel to support team and organizational success.
• Conduct performance evaluations, recommend compensation changes, and administer corrective actions when necessary.
• Maintain oversight of all facility maintenance activities and infrastructure systems.
