Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team in a manufacturing environment. You will supervise installation, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of production and facility equipment, ensuring safety, quality, inventory, and productivity targets across the site.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Minimum 1 year of work experience in manufacturing, distribution, or operations, or completion of a Sherwin-Williams Development Program in an Engineering function.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations.
• Implement operational policies and procedures.
• Ensure safe and effective use of tools and equipment.
• Monitor quality and productivity to meet service and cost objectives.
• Plan daily work with vendors and internal departments.
• Manage employee training, development, performance, and corrective action.
• Conduct regular workforce meetings to enhance BMS and Operational Excellence.
• Participate in Continuous Improvement Projects.
