Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee manufacturing, filling and warehouse operations at our Maryland facility. You will directly manage frontline employees and leads, ensure safety, quality, inventory and productivity, and drive Operational Excellence in collaboration with the site team.

The role requires strong leadership, effective communication, and a track record in manufacturing settings. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, with 1+ year of supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• At least 1 year of work experience in manufacturing, distribution, operations, or completion of a Sherwin-Williams Development Program in an Operations function.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, shipping, warehousing, and picking operations
• Implement operational policies and procedures
• Ensure effective and safe use of manufacturing equipment
• Monitor quality and productivity to meet service and cost objectives
• Plan daily work schedules coordinating with vendors and internal departments
• Manage employee training, development, performance management, and corrective action
• Conduct regular workforce meetings to enhance BMS and Operational Excellence
• Participate in Continuous Improvement Projects
