Job summary

Sherwin-Williams Co. is seeking a manufacturing operations leader to direct and optimize the safe, efficient handling of manufacturing, filling, and warehouse activities.

This role manages frontline staff, drives safety, quality, and productivity, and aligns with Operational Excellence across five focus areas. The position emphasizes leadership, communication, and continuous improvement, including shift supervision, policy implementation, and collaboration with vendors and internal teams to meet

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing/ distribution/ operations or completion of a Sherwin-Williams Development Program.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, shipping, warehousing, and picking operations.
• Implement operational policies and procedures.
• Ensure effective and safe use of manufacturing equipment.
• Monitor quality and productivity to meet service and cost objectives.
• Plan the daily work schedule by coordinating with outside vendors and internal departments.
• Manage employee training, development, performance management, and corrective action.
• Conduct regular communication meetings with workforce to enhance BMS and Operational Excellence.
• Participate in Continuous Improvement Projects.
