The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a maintenance-focused supervisor to lead the installation, troubleshooting, repair, and upkeep of production and facility equipment. You will manage maintenance staff, enforce safety and quality standards, and drive operational excellence across the facility's five focus areas: safety, quality, people, service, and cost.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment now or in the future.
• Minimum 1 year of work experience in a manufacturing, distribution, or operations function.

• Implement operational policies and procedures
• Ensure effective and safe use of tools and equipment
• Monitor quality and productivity to meet service and cost objectives
• Plan the daily work schedule by coordinating with outside vendors and internal departments

• Conduct regular communication meetings with workforce to enhance BMS and Operational Excellence
