Top Echelon LLC is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead the facility and equipment maintenance program in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. You will direct the maintenance team, plan preventive maintenance, and ensure production equipment operates safely and reliably.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Five or more years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Previous maintenance leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Experience troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated equipment.
• Familiarity with PLC-controlled machinery and facility systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop maintenance technicians and support personnel.
• Plan and oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
• Maintain production machinery, facility systems, utilities, and supporting equipment.
• Reduce equipment downtime through root-cause analysis and corrective action.
• Develop maintenance schedules that support production requirements.
• Manage CMMS, work orders, maintenance records, and spare-parts inventory.
• Establish and track maintenance KPIs such as downtime and reliability.
• Coordinate equipment installations, upgrades, repairs, and capital projects.
• Manage relationships with contractors, suppliers, and service providers.
• Ensure OSHA compliance, safety policies, and environmental standards.
• Support continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, and cost reduction.
• Prepare and manage the department’s operating and capital budgets.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, quality, and operations leadership.
• Provide hands-on technical support for complex equipment issues.
