Job summary

Employbridge is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead a skilled maintenance team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will drive equipment reliability, safety, quality, and operational excellence while delivering hands-on leadership on the production floor.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years of maintenance supervision in manufacturing, experience with stamping or assembly operations, and a strong grounding in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of maintenance supervision experience in manufacturing.
• 1+ year of management experience.
• Experience with stamping and/or assembly operations.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop maintenance technicians and skilled trades employees.
• Manage preventive maintenance programs and equipment repair activities.
• Drive safety, quality, productivity, and delivery performance goals.
• Monitor staffing levels, labor utilization, and overtime costs.
• Support lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure timely completion of work orders and maintenance activities.
• Maintain compliance with OSHA, EHS, TS16949, and ISO14001 standards.
• Improve equipment uptime and overall operational efficiency.
