Qualifikationen
- Must have technical resource supervisory experience, preferable in a union environment.
- 5+ years experience in a manufacturing environment in a technical capacity.
- Computer literate (i.e. CMMS, Outlook Email, Microsoft Office, etc.)
Aufgaben
- Directs technicians in electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic maintenance and repair of equipment.
- Coordinates facilities work to maintain building and grounds with internal resources and 3rd party contractors as needed.
- Implements improvements to methods that support workplace safety, product quality, and equipment performance.
- Maintains records of planned and completed maintenance and other applicable business records (CMMS).
- Inspects completed work for conformance to expectations and work standards.
