Job summary

Woodstream Corporation in Lititz, PA is seeking a Production Manager to lead the Lititz Factory's safe, efficient operations and continuous improvement efforts. You will prioritize safety, quality, delivery, cost and people development while aligning with QEHS standards and asset care.

Drive weekly production plans, track KPIs, and partner with cross-functional teams. Strong coaching, Lean expertise, and SAP proficiency are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering, Operations Management, or Business Administration (or equivalent).
• Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement experience preferred.
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and lead hourly teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; safety-focused leadership.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead shop floor supervision to meet performance goals and daily standard work.
• Coach, develop, and conduct regular feedback and performance reviews.
• Promote accountability, trust, and a culture of safety and respect.
• Oversee production planning, throughput, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with maintenance, engineering, QA, and planning.
