Qualifications
- Must have technical resource supervisory experience, preferable in a union environment.
- 5+ years experience in a manufacturing environment in a technical capacity.
Responsibilities
- Directs and coordinates maintenance for production equipment and facilities.
- Plans preventive maintenance schedules to ensure equipment availability.
- Leads safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and growth KPI initiatives.
- Collaborates with Planning and Production Supervisors to align on maintenance priorities.
- Manages spare parts inventory and ensures proper documentation in CMMS.
- Mentors technicians and ensures adherence to standards and housekeeping.
