Job summary

Tremco Construction Products Group is seeking a Machine Operator at our Ashland, Ohio facility. The role involves starting, troubleshooting, and operating manufacturing equipment safely, with three operator levels determined by experience and ability.

You will follow standard procedures, meet production targets, and ensure product quality while maintaining paperwork and housekeeping. Candidates should be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and cross-train across production

Qualifications

• Safe operation of manufacturing equipment as per procedures.
• Follow standard work to operate and maintain machines.
• Meet or exceed production output rates and ensure tolerances.
• Perform routine quality inspections and maintain records.
• Understand and follow production instructions and paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Operate and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment safely.
• Maintain product tolerances and quality standards.
• Document production data and maintain accurate paperwork.
• Assist with setup of off-line and secondary equipment as needed.
• Cross-train on other production functions to support operations.
