Job summary

Tremco Construction Products Group is seeking a Production Operator to start, troubleshoot, and operate manufacturing equipment safely on the plant floor. The role involves operating industrial blenders and other machinery in line with the production schedule while ensuring quality standards are met.

The position supports multiple operator levels (I, II, III) based on experience and demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and optimize downtime.

Qualifications

• No formal education required.
• No prior experience or training.
• Ability to stand, walk, sit, lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment safely and per procedures.
• Routinely meet or exceed production output rates.
• Ensure product meets tolerances and specifications.
• Maintain accurate paperwork and records.
• Inspect equipment and materials before/during production.
• Follow work orders and formulas to meet schedules.
• Report malfunctions to supervisor and assist maintenance.
