The role covers starting, troubleshooting, and safely operating manufacturing equipment with three levels (I, II, III) determined by experience and capability to resolve machine issues for efficient cycles and minimal downtime.

Responsibilities include following safety rules, operating and maintaining machines, meeting production rates, inspecting quality, and performing paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain assigned machine(s) safely and per standard work procedures.
• Meet or exceed production output rates and ensure tolerances and specifications are met.
• Perform routine quality inspections and maintain accurate paperwork.
• Package, label and store products; cross-train on other production functions as needed.
• Report safety, quality and mechanical issues; participate in continuous improvement.
