Job summary

Jabil in Florence, Kentucky is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Line Lead to organize line workload and staffing for assembly operations based on product priority. You will ensure workmanship standards, monitor CIQ, and minimize changeover times while keeping materials stocked and documentation current.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with a background in manufacturing and at least 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate's degree preferred.
• 3+ years manufacturing experience.
• 1+ year leadership/supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates with Assembly Line Supervisor to organize line workload and staffing based on product priority.
• Ensures workmanship standards are met and monitors CIQ to fix issues promptly.
• Minimizes changeover times with organized and well-planned changeovers.
• Manages floor material and ensures proper stocking of operation supplies and equipment.
• Verifies documentation is current and authorized on the line.
• Trains and certifies line personnel for assigned tasks.

We have needs for multiple different shifts.Shift schedules are as follows:Sunday-Tuesday/Wednesday 6am-6pm (shift 401)Sunday-Tuesday/Wednesday 6pm-6am (shift 402) – offers 15% shift differentialWednesday/Thursday-Saturday 6am-6pm (shift 403)Wednesday/Thursday – Saturday 6am-6pm (shift 404) – offers 15% shift differentialThis position is not eligible for immigration and/or visa sponsorship.
