Job summary

Jabil Inc. in Colorado is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead the Machine Support group at our medical device site.

You will direct 20-30 direct reports within a 500-employee operation, plan production schedules, and ensure quality and safety standards are met. The role requires a BS in engineering, manufacturing, or related field, 3–5 years in manufacturing with at least 2 years in supervision, and strong MES/ERP skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, business administration, or related field; or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
• Proficiency in MES and ERP software; knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and mentor production team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Plan, organize, and monitor production schedules to meet deadlines and production targets.
• Ensure all production activities comply with quality standards, safety regulations, and procedures.
• Identify and troubleshoot production issues, implementing corrective actions to minimize downtime and waste.
• Monitor and report on key production metrics, such as output, efficiency, and scrap rates.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize production flow and resolve interdepartmental issues.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing efforts.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
