Job summary

Aveva Drug Delivery Systems is seeking a Manager, Project Management to lead post-commercial launch and lifecycle projects at our Miramar, FL site. You will coordinate MS&T-driven changes with Manufacturing Operations, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain to ensure compliant, timely execution and robust process improvements.

The role requires strong project management skills, cross-functional collaboration, and expertise in GMP-regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biochemistry or related field required.
• Master's degree (MS, MBA or equivalent) preferred, especially with manufacturing/operations/project management focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead post-commercial launch and product lifecycle MS&T projects, including process changes, continuous improvement, and remediation initiatives.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, timelines, milestones, and dependencies.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing Operations, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Site Leadership.
• Drive cross-functional alignment to integrate lifecycle projects with manufacturing schedules.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage engineering, validation, and re-validation activities, and change-control driven lifecycles.
• Ensure readiness for lifecycle changes with approved change controls, validation strategies, resource capacity, and timing.
• Implement standardized project management tools and governance to track progress and mitigate risks.
• Escalate risks, issues, and decisions impacting quality, compliance, or supply.
• Prepare regular project status updates for site and functional leadership.
• Document meeting minutes and decisions to ensure accountability and traceability.
• Maintain GMP compliance and inspect-ready project records.
