Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or related technical discipline.
• 3–5 years in electronic, mechanical, or relevant manufacturing environment.
• Lean Manufacturing experience.
• Experience leading continuous improvement projects.
• Experience conducting value stream mapping, time studies, and process optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead lean manufacturing initiatives to reduce waste, improve flow, and increase productivity.
• Facilitate kaizen events and continuous improvement workshops.
• Perform value stream mapping and develop future-state plans.
• Utilize Six Sigma tools to improve process capability and reduce variation.
• Identify and execute projects improving quality, delivery, cost, and safety.
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities; monitor KPIs (OEE, throughput, cycle time).
• Lead root cause analysis and structured problem-solving (DMAIC, A3, 8D).
• Support PFMEA, control plans, and risk mitigation.
